  1. What type of format does Exigh.com sell music in?
    • All music that is for sale on Exigh.com and Shop.Exigh.com., is sold in digital format, as MP3 files.  Unless otherwise stated, all music for sale on this site will always be in digital format, and as MP3 files encoded at an average bit-rate of 256Kbps.  If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact us through our contact form located on the main homepage (http://exigh.com/v2/index.php) towards the bottom.

  2. How do I purchase music from Shop.Exigh.com?
    • There are two ways to purchase music from Shop.Exigh.com; the first of which is to click the button.  The second way is to click the button to add multiple items to a virtual cart, and then click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button in the PayPal screen.  The rest of the proecedure is simlar either way.

      After clicking the "Buy Now" button or the "Proceed to Checkout" button, you will be greeted by a PayPal login screen.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase music from Shop.Exigh.com - a credit card will do the job just fine!

  3. If I don't have a PayPal account, how do I use my credit card??
    • Take a look at the image below.  Click on the "Continue" link that the red arrow is pointing to in order to use your credit card (without having a PayPal account).

  4. Okay, what do I do next after clicking the "continue" link?
    • Fill out your card information in the form (shown below).  Then clik the "Review Order and Continue" button at the bottom of the form.

  5. Now I've paid for my item, how do I download it?
    • Once the payment process has been completed, there should be a link on the PayPal page that will redirect you to the Exigh Shop.  Once redirected, a download page will be presented to you.  On this page, a download link for each of the items you purchased will be shown - just [left] click (or normal click) on the link and the download should begin (depending on your browser settings).

  6. What if I don't have time to download the content right after purchasing it??
    • Along with being re-directed to the download page, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address that you provided PayPal with that will include all download links that you purchased.

  7. What type of security measures has Exigh.com implemented to curtail piracy?
    • While piracy is something that is going to most likely take place no matter what measures are taken, Exigh.com has only chosen few things to implement - and NO, DRM has not been placed in our digital-content.  Instead, all of the download links are set to the purchasers IP-Address - which means the computer the content was purchased from, is the only computer it may be downloaded from.

  8. If I can only download the files to my computer, is that the only device I can play them on?
    • Not at all.  You may only download the files (digital content) to the computer they were purchased from.  However, as stated above, there is no DRM encryption being utilized on the files.  In other words, once you've paid for the digital content, and you've successfully downloaded it, you may transfer it to as many devices as you wish (e.g. your iPod, your laptop, your ZUNE, a custom-made mix CD), and still keep it on your computer.  This does not mean we condone piracy or "sharing" of music - this means we respect the rights of the listeners, our fans, and their rights to listen to our music how they choose.

  9. How long are the download links active for?
    • Typically 48-hrs from when the purchase has been completed.  The download page will display the length of time that the download in question is active for.

  10. What is the quality of the MP3s that you're selling from the site?
    • The MP3s are encoded at an Average Bit-Rate of 256kbps - unless otherwise stated.  For those that don't know what this means, keep in mind that the highest one may encode an MP3 is at 320kbps (so 256kbps is pretty dang good)!

  12. How are physical items shipped?
    • All physical items, unless otherwise stated, are shipped "standard" via United Stats Postal Service (USPS).

  13. Can I upgrade the type of shipping for my physical item purchase?
    • As much as we'd like to allow this, it will, in the long haul, become a very tedious task.  In the future this may be an option, but for now it is not.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
